SIMPLY INCLUDED -
Unser Projekt SIMPLY INCLUDED fördert das Bewusstsein für die Bedeutung von sozialer Inklusion von Migrant*innen in der Berufsbildung und in Unternehmen. Das Projekt soll den positiven Umgang mit Vielfalt in beruflichen Strukturen stärken.
Our Project SIMPLY INCLUDED promotes awareness of the need for social inclusion of migrants in companies and VET, as well as the positive use of diversity in professional structures.
Das Projekt
Aufbauend auf dem Erasmus+ Projekt SIMPLE - Social Inclusion of Migrants through Peer Learning Experience (Projektnummer 2017-1-DE02-KA202-004147) in der Berufsbildung, koordiniert KulturLife das Projekt SIMPLY INCLUDED. Gemeinsam mit internationalen Projektpartner*innen werden dazu pädagogische Methoden und Materialien, insbesondere im digitalen Anwendungsbereich, entwickelt. Mit diesen sollen Migrant*innen und Geflüchtete dabei unterstützt werden, sich ihrer Stärken und Kompetenzen bewusst zu werden und diese auf dem europäischen Arbeitsmarkt zu präsentieren. Zugleich sollen Unternehmen und die Gesellschaft für die Thematik des Projektes sensibilisiert werden. SIMPLY INCLUDED richtet sich an Migrant*innen und Geflüchtete, Lehrkräfte in der beruflichen Bildung sowie Unternehmen. Alle genannten Gruppen sollen dabei auch aktiv in den Entwicklungsprozess der Materialien mit einbezogen werden..
Aktueller Stand: Nach dem Projektstart am 01.12.2019 trafen sich die Projektpartner zum ersten transnationalen Projektreffen im Rahmen des SIMPLY INCLUDED-Projektes. In zwei arbeitsreichen Tagen vom 29.-30. Januar 2020 in Lund, Schweden, legten wir den Grundstein für einen erfolgreichen Projektverlauf. Aufgrund der durch die Pandemie enorm eingeschränkten Bewegungsfreiheit über Staatsgrenzen konnte das zweite transnationale Treffen nicht wie geplant im Juni 2020 in der Türkei stattfinden und auch die für Januar 2021 geplante „Training Activity“ wurde nun vorerst auf Dezember 2021 verschoben. Die Partner hielten zahlreiche digitale Treffen ab und die Projektarbeit schreitet trotz allem erfolgreich voran. Der erste Intellektuelle Output, eine Multimediakollektion, ist fertiggestellt und auf Youtube öffentlich verfügbar. Auch der zweite Intellektuelle Output, eine Methodensammlung für Berufsschullehrkräfte, ist weit fortgeschritten. Die Arbeit am dritten Intellektuellen Output, ein Video-Kit, ist weit fortgeschritten und wird derzeit finalisiert. Die Partnern trafen sich am 07.09.2021 und 08.09.2021 erstmalig wieder für ein transnationales Treffen, welches arbeitsreich in Elazig, Türkei, stattfand.
Im Dezember 2021 konnte nach langem Warten endlich der Trainingskurs in Island durchgeführt werden. Coronabedingt konnten leider nicht alle Partnerorganisationen in Präsenz teilnehmen, jedoch warten Vertreter*innen von KulturLife (Deutschland), HETEL (Spanien) und MEXPERT (Schweden) zusammen vor Ort und haben den Trainingskurs, angeleitet von unserer isländischen Partnerorganisation InterCultural Ísland absolviert. Leider war es den Mitarbeiter*innen von GRM Novo mesto - center biotehnike in turizma (Slowenien) und ELAZIG MESLEKI ve TEKNIK ANADOLU LISESI (Türkei) aufgrund von Corona Maßnahmen nicht möglich in Präsenz am Training teilzunehmen. In den jeweiligen Partnerländern fanden nun bis Ende Mai 2022 alle Multiplier Events statt, in welchen die Projektergebnisse einer breiten Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht wurden.
The Project (English)
As follow up to the Erasmus + project SIMPLE - Social Inclusion of Peers through Peer Learning Experience in VET, KulturLife coordinates the project SIMPLY INCLUDED. Together with other European partner organisations educational resources and methods for digital use will be developed. The material is intended to help migrants and refugees to become aware of their strengths and competences and to present them on the European labor market. At the same time, companies and society should be sensitized for this topic. The project is directed to migrants and refugees, VET teachers and companies while all of these groups should be actively involved in the development of the above described material.
Current status: After the project launch on 1st December 2019, the project partners met for the first transnational project meeting within the SIMPLY INCLUDED project. In two busy days from 29th-30th January 2020 in Lund, Sweden, we laid the foundation for a successful project. Due to the corona pandemic, the freedom of movement across national borders is enormously restricted and the second transnational meeting could not take place in Turkey in June 2020 as planned, and the training activity planned for January 2021 has now also been postponed to December 2021 for the time being. The partners held many digital meetings instead and thus the project work progressed successfully nevertheless. The first intellectual output, a multimedia video collection, has been finalized and is publicly accessible on Youtube. The second intellectual output, toolkit for VET teachers, is also well advanced. The work on the third intellectual output is progressing fast and is to be finalized currently. The partners met again for the first time on 7th and 8th September 2021 for a transnational meeting, which took place in Elazig, Turkey.
In December 2021, after a long wait, the planned SIMPLY INCLUDED training course could finally be held in Iceland. Unfortunately, due to Corona, not all partner organisations were able to participate, but representatives from KulturLife (Germany), HETEL (Spain) and MEXPERT (Sweden) were present together and completed the training course under the guidance of our Icelandic partner organisation InterCultural Ísland. Unfortunately, the employees of GRM Novo mesto - centre biotehnike in turizma (Slovenia) and ELAZIG MESLEKI ve TEKNIK ANADOLU LISESI (Turkey) were not able to be present at the training due to Corona measures. In the project countries, multiplier events were implemented until May 2022 to make the project results accessible to a broad public.

IO1. M(Y)igration stories - watch SIMPLY INCLUDED
Im Rahmen des Projekts entwickelte das Projektteam eine multimediale Videosammlung mit dem Titel "M(Y)igration stories - watch Simply Included". Zwei Videos wurden in den teilnehmenden Ländern Deutschland, Spanien, Slowenien, Schweden und der Türkei gedreht und erstellt und zeigen die unterschiedlichen Perspektiven in den genannten Ländern. Die Videos enthalten persönliche Geschichten von Migrant*innen, Berater*innen und Unternehmen und konzentrieren sich auf das Thema der sozialen Eingliederung von Migrant*innen in der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung.
Within the project, the project team developed a multimedia video collection called "M(Y)igration stories - watch Simply Included". Two videos were shot and created in the participating countries Germany, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden and Turkey, depicting the different perspectives in the countries mentioned. The videos contain personal stories of migrants, consultants and companies and concentrate on the topic of social inclusion of migrants in vocational education and training.
