IMPROVe aims to promote democratic resilience and life skills among young people in Europe and its neighboring regions to prevent their violent radicalization. It shall develop and provide tools and methodologies for supporting youth work in and among different countries.

Aktueller Stand: Training Days finden statt vom 8. Bis 13. November in Lecce, Italien.

The Project (English)

The Erasmus+ project IMPROVe addresses youth workers and young people in and around Europe to encourage critical thinking, intercultural and interreligious competences for creating constructive work against intolerance, hate and violent extremism. Working with youth workers of different countries, the Erasmus+ project IMPROVe wants to increase the understanding of youth leaders with regard to the problem of violent radicalization of young people and the role they can play in preventing the problem. The project seeks to equip youth workers with relevant Improv tools and methodologies to stimulate in young people an understanding of the fundamental values of freedom, tolerance and respect. Furthermore, the cooperation in the youth field between European organizations and between the Mediterranean and Western Balkans Partner Countries should be strengthened, as well as the intercultural and interreligious dialogue with the objectives of the EU's external action.

Current Status: Training days will take place in Lecce, Italy from November 8th to 13th.
